Project Completed

Problem Statement

In order to meet the goals of the Regional Services model, CSS staff assigned to each region need to be located in proximity to the regions they'll be supporting.

Business Case

Moving staff nearer the faculty they serve is the central objective for the Regional Model Implementation effort. This initiative focuses on the physical moves into those nearer locations.

Objectives

  • Identify space availability to adequately serve each regions faculty
  • Prepare and move staff into the region spaces identified
  • Establish productive and comfortable working space for the staff

  • ChaMPS - Completed various location furniture needs. Prepared for move into Evans 463
  • On-Boarding - Completed costing and planning for UHall rm1 kitchen buildout

  • BEST - Final post-move touches being applied to the UHall Library space
  • SHARE - Temporary BanWay and 4th locations set up while permanent space decision is determined
  • ProS - Re-design for Hearst 112 location drwn and being cost estimated
  • ChaMPS - Plan to move into one Evans office planned while other Evans offices await On-Boarding move
  • On-Boarding - Plan in place for move to UHall. Awaiting cost estimate to proceed with buildout
