What is Process Architecture?

What is Process Architecture?

A group of End-to-End processes that UC Berkeley performs to deliver value, enable change, and serve the mission of UC Berkeley.

Process Architecture provides strategic and operational management for continuous improvement and delivery of sustainable service excellence.

It is an active visual model of the processes within our institution that is a critical blueprint that guides decision making, executes strategy and drives change. It is about providing practical and effective process support for the achievement of our organizational performance goals through structured and coordinated improvement of the complex process ecosystem at UC Berkeley.
