About the SRC
The goal of the HR ServiceNow Review Committee (SRC) is to receive, compile, discuss, and prioritize improvement requests. The SRC will also be involved with assessing how new ServiceNow versions and patches potentially impact Campus/BRS.
Additional committee responsibilities include:
- Members of the SRC have been empowered by their departments to recommend changes.
- Members will act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) resource for their campus clients.
- Members will consider the micro and campus-wide impact of the request or change.
