WHO WE ARE
The Business Process Management Office (BPMO) is a team of experienced project managers, change managers, process improvement specialists, and Lean Six Sigma practitioners embedded within the Vice Chancellor of Finance (VCF) division at UC Berkeley. We partner with campus departments and units to manage complex initiatives, navigate change, and build the internal capabilities to continuously improve how they work.
